Arkadaşlar oyuncuda perm yoksa bile /maden c fln yazabiliyor. bunun çözümü nedir?

command /maden <text>:
    trigger:
        arg 1 is "a":
        teleport the player to {madena}

                teleport the player to {madenb}
               
        arg 1 is "c":
            if player has permission "maden.c":
