Dünya değiştirince gamemode/fly gitmiyor.

Merhaba arkadaşlar başlıktada görüldüğü üzere, arsalarda fly yetkisi yaptım oyunculara normalde fly, gamemode felan dünya değiştirince gider ama hiç kimsede gitmiyor arsalardan fly alıp ormana felan gidiyorlar nasıl çözerim ?
